I’m certified as CIO, MCITP, OCA 11g and also as an Ethical Hacker. I have participated in many advanced training’s and certified in: Kosovo, Albania, Slovenia, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Japan (JICA) and South Korea; regarding databases (RDBMS), project planning and management, CIO, security, large incidents of cyber security exercises, leadership, ICT strategies, IT Governance knows well frameworks as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, E-Government, GIS, integration platforms and Cyber Security.
I have an experience of 13 years in active government institutions projects in the ICT and knows well Data Center functionality, interoperability framework, e-government services. First, I was working in Ministry of Public Service as Software Architect in which I was responsible for designing, implementing many projects of E-Government, head & member of commission, teams for managing – testing projects also I have lead several initiatives about software projects.
Now, I’m working for many years at the Agency for Information Society, where I’m responsible for all databases of government. I’m as well project manager of E-Governments projects with duties to ensure proper standards – functionality, increasing data security, and I have authored several important internal documents and policies. I have participated in drafting strategy, administrative guidelines and regulations of great importance for ICT in all governance institutions. I have participated in the 1st round of “The DAY when hacking is legal” and I’m Quality Assurance member.
Also I’m working in University for Business and Technology as academic staff and also I’m manager of UBT-CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team).
I’m at the same time event contributor of the Albanian ICT Awards, regular columnist for my Personal Blog and participated in many events and conferences in the field of ICT.
